Work to a 5 RM within 8 sets, this includes warm-up.
200m run after each set of T2B

*OHS weight = 80% of 1 RM Snatch
C. 3x 15 sec./30 sec. rest between sets
Hollow Rock Hold + Superman Hold
Athletes will use their 1 RM snatch to determine weight for the OHS. If they do not have a max, warm-up to a moderate weight for the OHS and perform with proper mechanics. Unless injury prevents OHS, even using a barbell or PVC is recommended to continue to work on this movement.
