Hello Raleigh CrossFitters,
We are launching a new platform, unprecedented at Raleigh CrossFit, all designed to make you better athletes and enhance your community involvement with the workouts. The workouts will still be available and published daily on the Raleigh CrossFit website. However, we have added a new tracking system that you can use to better your training. Now, you can log your training results via an online or smartphone app called “TrainHeroic.” This will be implemented immediately and is accessible only to Raleigh CrossFit athletes. Read below for more information. We encourage you to being using it as well and see just how easy it is.

What is Train Heroic?

Why should I want to track my results?
This software allows you to log your workouts in less than 10 seconds a day. Watch your PR’s soar with real-time analytics and results tracking.
Fuel your competitive fire (or not) with daily leaderboards to stay engaged and make every workout count. Or simply just see what everyone else is doing so you can give them a high-five next time!
Why does Raleigh CrossFit want you to use it?
It’s a free and easy system to track your results. If you are not tracking training, you are not making the most of your athletic potential. You will always know what your maxes are, what you did the last time you did that movement or workout and you can visually see yourself getting better. We all love knowing the training is working. The sweat is great, but numbers are amazing.
Additionally, from a programming perspective we will be able to see what we can do to help you get better, to see those numbers rise.

Or just use our website to view the workouts as you used to. You don’t have to track in order to know what the workouts are, but WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE IT! You can locate the workouts under “workouts”. If you want to see the kids and teen workouts, go to the upper left corner and hit the arrow it will drop-down. If you want to see a past workout, select “date” and choose the date! Easy peasy!
What is the cost to Raleigh CrossFit Athletes?
Nothing! It’s Free – For Raleigh CrossFitters, just follow the link below and use the access code.
What is it for?
Currently, the program will be used to track your Raleigh CrossFit programming, as well as our Kids and Teen Programs.
Each day you can input your numbers in advance to determine weights you will use that day, as well as put in your scores and results from the workout to track your progress. As well as, have an opportunity to see what your fellow Raleigh CrossFitters are doing. Sharing is caring!
Note: When we launch this, the barbell programming will no longer be available on an “at-large” basis. However, if you wish to have individualized barbell programming created for you, please email Chennelle at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When does the programming for the following week get published?
We publish the programming the evening before at 600p EST. It is available on the website, but also via TrainHeroic on the web and in your App that you downloaded! You can update all of your results and input any numbers beforehand or while you are waiting for class!
How do I get started?
You should have received an email with instructions. If you have not, please email Chennelle at email@example.com and we will send it along, as well as update your email address in our system.
If you are still having some issues, email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask questions. There may be some hiccups so please be patient. This is new for us too, but we are learning and doing our best!
