How I Found Fitness
People often wonder how I found fitness. The answer is simple; I wanted a better quality of life. We are all given 24 hours in a day, but what you choose to do with all the time is up to you. For years I allowed other people’s needs, wants and schedules to dictate my life. Once I found fitness I realized how important it was to be a selfish, selfish in the sense that I was finally doing something for myself and no one else.
As the newest member of Raleigh CrossFit’s staff I look forward to helping you grow as athletes. I take extreme pride in having the ability to share a different perspective of life with you all. I hope that by having me as your coach, an athlete and community ambassador you will feel as though it’s okay to take time for you. With the open right around the corner I want to emphasize that you don’t have to be the Fittest on Earth to view yourself as an athlete. Every time you step foot into the box you are making a conscious effort to better than you were yesterday and that is something to be proud of.
