Are you a visiting CrossFitter?
This applies to athletes who currently train at another CrossFit affiliate and who would like to train with us while they are in town whether for business or pleasure. Please call us at (919) 229-4075 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of time to let us know you are coming. Drop-ins are $15/day or included with the purchase of a Raleigh CrossFit shirt or tank top ($25).

What is the requirement to start training at Raleigh CrossFit?
If you have previous CrossFit experience, you can schedule an athlete assessment at no cost. Please call us at (919) 229-4075 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule the 30-40 minute session with a coach.
What if I don’t have CrossFit experience?
If you are interested in taking the next step to full time training with us, the Foundations Course is a required learning opportunity. The course curriculum is detailed on the Foundations Course page. As you will see, included are all of the fundamental weightlifting movements as well as the Olympic lifts. Our athletes have all taken the foundations course and are implementing the movements within every day training at Raleigh CrossFit.
The course is $185 for the three hours of instruction with a dedicated coaches’ eye to teaching you the movements and assessing your mechanics. We will also review your personal goals with the training to further assist you with your progress. This information is then provided to the coaching staff.
Foundations is scheduled based on your availability and ours. We typically hold this course on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 600-730pm, but it must be scheduled in advance.
You can jump right into foundations or schedule your free trial first, before scheduling foundations.
Raleigh CrossFit offers many package options for our athletes.
$185 (3 hours; All 3 are required.)
Must be completed before joining regular CrossFit classes. These are typically scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday (weekly) and must be pre-scheduled with Raleigh CrossFit by contacting us at email@example.com. These classes do fill up quickly, so prescheduling is required.
13 CrossFit Classes per Month
$135/month for 6 months, which auto-renews after 6 months unless you upgrade to unlimited. These 13 sessions must be used at any time within the month.
Unlimited CrossFit Classes Per Week
$175/month for 6 months or $165/month for 1 year contract
$200 per month for 7 days per week training. “No-Contract” means you will be automatically charged each month for $200 unlimited, but do not have to pay a termination fee. A 15-day cancellation notice is required.
Household Membership Package
Purchase a regularly priced package option per month for the first family member, add your significant other, mom, dad, son, daughter, brother, or sister for $120 per month. Must show proof of same household.
Military/First Responder/Full-Time Student Membership Package
$120 per month unlimited package only. For 6 months or 1 year. Must provide valid ID card. Household member military/First Responder (ONLY), receives same rate. If your spouse trains with us, they will also be granted this package.
CrossFit Kids and Teens
For current Raleigh CrossFit parents: $65/month (2 classes per week, monthly)
Non-Raleigh CrossFit parents: $90/month (2 classes per week, monthly).
A free trial is recommended if you and your child are interested in learning more about the CrossFit Kids Raleigh. This must be scheduled by contacting us at (919) 229-4075 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Parents or the child’s legal guardian must complete paperwork prior to participation. No exceptions. This program is intended for ages 11-15. If your child is 16 years or older, please refer to the other membership options.
Foundations is not required for participation in our CrossFit Kids/Teens program (ages 11-15), but is required for 16 and older.

Must have CrossFit Kids/Teens training experience (ages 10-15 only for this class, all others will attend the main classes). $10 Please contact Chennelle at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a drop-in.
