We are gearing up for registration of our popular and very effective Olympic Lifting Course. This course will be 8 weeks and run twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (615-745p). The course is $200 for the 16 sessions (July 12-Sept. 1, 2016) of individual training of the Olympic Lifting movements (Snatch and Clean and Jerk) and all of their progressions. These spots go quickly so I wouldn’t delay registering. We keep the class size small to ensure you get the attention you need to identify specific needs to improve your lifts. Olympic Lifting Course at Raleigh CrossFit
Dates: July 12 – Sept. 1, 2016
Time: 8 weeks, every Tuesday and Thursday from 615-745p
Cost: $200 for Raleigh CrossFit athletes (16 additional training classes with specific programming provided via email and hard copy) $300 for non-Raleigh CrossFit athletes (open to visitors after June 12, if spots are available)

What the Course Covers: This will be an intensive course, focusing specifically on improving your Olympic Lifts, including the Clean, Jerk and Snatch, using platforms and jerk boxes in our dedicated Olympic Lifting training space. This is 8 weeks of training, including 24 hours of training to improve your overall performance in your Olympic lifts, as well as your overall CrossFit training. You are not required to attend both days, but highly encouraged, as each session will build off the previous session. These training hours are in addition to your Raleigh CrossFit training. Therefore, you may train and then attend the Olympic Lifting class. However, it is strongly encouraged that you take 2 rest days per week if you are taking this course and CrossFitting. You want to be well rested when performing these concentrated lifts.
The course will be limited to the first 12 athletes to register and pay.
Why are we limiting to 12? Because we want to ensure that you are maximizing your time on the platforms and that you receive the most attention from your coach as possible.
Registration is first come, first serve. I can tell you that this is the first official announcement of the course and we are already half full BEFORE THE ANNOUNCEMENT.
