If you are new to CrossFit, please join us for a free trial class.
Our free trial training sessions are held every Tuesday or Thursday at 600a, 930a, 400p, 500p, 600p or 700p or on Saturday at 1030a.
We do request that you email us email@example.com to schedule your class ahead of time. Our coaches want to be prepared for your arrival and there is some paperwork to complete.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter and have done CrossFit with another affiliate location, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your free trial class ahead of time.
Experience gains you a bit more access to class time options, but we want to hear from you first.
What does the free trial look like?
When you arrive you will be greeted by our coaching staff and athlete community with open arms.
Next, you will take a tour of our facility to learn about what we offer and what the workout environment is like.
We will also talk about your previous fitness background, your personal goals and how our programming will help you reach your goals.
How Does a Class Work?
The classes are group classes, so you workout with your fellow athletes. There will be coaches there to assist with guiding you through a warm-up, skill review, workout critique and motivation and a cool-down. The all-inclusive classes are done within an hour.
