If you think you can’t CrossFit, Raleigh CrossFit wants the opportunity to prove you wrong. CrossFit truly is a workout program for everyone. The idea that you have to be “in-shape” to begin is false. Everyone has a first day, a first rep, no matter what level of fitness they are at when they walk in the door.
Raleigh CrossFit On Ramp Course
You will be assigned a coach and participate with our main classes. The coach will be with you the entire time to teach and assess movements, as well as guide you through the warm-up, workout and post workout requirements.
After these classes are completed you will get a 1 week (3 classes) CrossFit trial membership before having to decide which membership program fits you best. This free week must be completed immediately after the initial completion of the on ramp program (4-week or fast track).
On-Ramp gives you and our coaches an idea of your current fitness level. Knowing your baseline for fitness before you enter a class will ensure that you and your coach can scale your workout to the appropriate level of intensity so that you get the hardest – and safest – workout possible. Every movement and every workout can be scaled and tailored to you as an individual even though you are in a group setting. Most importantly, CrossFit is FUN and anyone can do it!

Our mission: The mission of the Raleigh Weightlifting Club is to provide dedicated programming designed to improving Olympic Weightlifting skill and technique. In addition to improving proficiency in the Olympic lifts, the Raleigh Weightlifting Club athletes will sharpen their strength and skills to the extent that prepares them for further competitive outlets, to include weightlifting meets.
